Terms and Conditions
- The building is locked between the hours of 12PM:00 PM and 6:00 Am. Visitors of guests are required to vacate the premises quietly by 10:00 PM.
- We regret that reservation prices or availability cannot be guaranteed greater than 3 months from the arrival date.
- A minimum of 48 hours notice from our 'Check In' time is required for the cancellation or amendment of a reservation.
- A cancellation, 'No Show' or amendment to a reservation (or an existing stay), advised outside the above time frame, will result in a 'Cancellation Fee' charged equivalent to one night's accommodation.
- Any 'Cancellation Fee' charged, will be refunded if the room(s) are re-let under similar terms and conditions of the original reservation.
- We reserve the right to accept reservations subject to a minimum stay, over peak periods.
- A request to reduce the length of stay on an existing reservation may result in the reservation no longer being accepted, or the rate changed.
- Any refund, will only be made via the media used to make the reservation.
- 'Check-In' time is between 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Please contact the motel direct, if you wish to 'Check-In' outside of these times.
- 'Check-Out' time is 10:00 AM.
- The whole of the interior of the Motor Lodge, including guest rooms and apartments, is designated "Smoke Free". If you smoke or burn incense in your room, you will incur a charge for the appropriate loss of income, as well as the additional cleaning costs required to make this room available for re-use.
- The cooking of odoriferous foods such as Mutton, Seafood, Curries and strong-smelling Cooking oils, is prohibited in the Motel. Any abuse of this policy will incur a charge for the additional cleaning costs required to make this room available for re-use, as well as the appropriate loss of income.
- No Pets are allowed. This means that dogs may not be kept in the car park as they can cause considerable disturbance to other guests. Dogs and/or cats may not be taken into the rooms.
- Bicycles and other equipment may not be kept in the rooms.
- Any damages to property, towels, linen or furnishings, will be charged against the Credit Card used to secure the booking.
