Tariff

The tariff for each type of unit is based on up to 2 people and for up to 4 people in the 2-bedroom units. Additional charges apply for extra adults and children.

Terms and Conditions


>     The building is locked between the hours of 10:00 PM and 7:00 Am.  Visitors of guests are required to
       vacate the premises by 10:00 PM.

>     We regret that reservation prices or availability cannot be guaranteed greater than 3 months from
       the arrival date.

>     A minimum of 48 hours notice from our 'Check In' time is required for the cancellation or
       amendment of a reservation.

>     A cancellation, 'No Show' or amendment to a reservation (or an existing stay), advised outside the
       above time frame, will result in a 'Cancellation Fee' charged equivalent to one night's
       accommodation.

>     Any 'Cancellation Fee' charged, will be refunded if the room(s) are re-let under similar terms and
       conditions of the original reservation.

>     We reserve the right to accept reservations subject to a minimum stay, over peak periods.

>     A request to reduce the length of stay on an existing reservation may result in the reservation no
       longer being accepted, or the rate changed.

>     Any refund, will only be made via the media used to make the reservation.

>     'Check-In' time is between 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM.  Please contact the motel direct, if you wish to
       'Check-In' outside of these times.

>     'Check-Out' time is 10:00 AM.

>     The whole of the interior of the Motor Lodge, including guest rooms and apartments, is designated
       "Smoke Free".  If you smoke or burn incense in your room, you will incur a charge for the appropriate
       loss of income, as well as the additional cleaning costs required to make this room available for
       re-use.

>     The cooking of odoriferous foods such as Mutton, Seafood, Curries and strong-smelling Cooking oils,
       is prohibited in the Motel.  Any abuse of this policy will incur a charge for the additional cleaning
       costs required to make this room available for re-use, as well as the appropriate loss of income.
 
>     No Pets are allowed.  This means that dogs may not be kept in the car park as they can cause
       considerable disturbance to other guests.  Dogs and/or cats may not be taken into the rooms.

>     Bicycles and other equipment may not be kept in the rooms.

>     Any damages to property, towels, linen or furnishings, will be charged against the Credit Card used
       to secure the booking.
